Radar Tickets on the 101 in Scottsdale?

December 18th, 2009
Scottsdale

Okay first off I’ve never recieved a ticket in my life so I was pretty surprised when I received three camera tickets from the City of Scottsdale…a total of $471. I’m livid!!! None of the photos are clear and I’m getting this bad boys every two days!!! I heard that these tickets aren’t even legal since there wasn’t human involvement in the citation. Is this true? I’m seriously considering going to court to fight these tickets.
